Everyone who seeks continual renewal in the Spirit is invited to be part of the upcoming Pastoral Ministry webinar.
The webinar, hosted by the team who brought you the Alive in the Spirit Conference, will be held on Tuesday 24 August at 10am AEST and 12pm NZST.
Join with others at this online gathering where we will be sharing and exploring ways in which our communities can continue to be Alive in the Spirit engaging with local experiences from parishes across Australia and hearing from examples from abroad. The webinar will:
- Share how we truly listen to the Spirit and then act in the Spirit,
- Explore and share practical ways to live as missionary disciples,
- Discuss how the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) supports whole of parish renewal and evangelisation.
This upcoming webinar will feature keynote Leisa Anslinger, Associate Director for Pastoral Vitality for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the founder of Catholic Life and Faith, a centre for evangelization, stewardship, and servant leadership development.
Leisa will invite us to look deeper at the ‘why’ of the call to discipleship and how through our baptism, we are invited to invite others to be alive in the spirit through faith.
Leisa shared at a recent keynote address “Our why is who we are when we’re at our natural best – when we are alive in the Spirit, when we are focused on living as followers of Christ in all aspects of our lives. The more genuinely we live our faith in the world, the more we will be evangelisers, we will be people who lead others to faith and life in Jesus Christ.”

The Oceania Pastoral Ministry Webinars continues to be a great way to keep connected as the Church in Australia offering ways to animate and renew our faith communities.
